Spotify local files stuck on waiting to download

Trying to sync local files from Mac to android phone, stuck on "waiting to download" Technical Issue I've tried everything suggested in previous threads: I made sure both devices were hooked up to the same router and I put the local songs in a playlist.

I want to sync some local files to my phone, and it isn't syncing. I selected "available offline." I tried reinstalling spotify on my phone, but it's still not working. I also tried changing my settings to download without wifi, even though I'm using wifi. What else should I do?
